Our creamed honey starts with the same raw wildflower honey which is then carefully transformed into a smooth, spreadable treat.
Using the traditional Dyce method, we blend a small amount of finely crystallized honey into our liquid honey to encourage the formation of smooth crystals. The honey is then held at a cool, controlled temperature until it develops its signature creamy texture.
Creamed honey is perfect for spreading on toast, biscuits, English muffins, or warm bread, stirring into oatmeal, or enjoying straight from the spoon!
